Farage's guarantee of product quality is unconditional. Customers will be entitled to an exchange or complete refund if merchandise is proven to be faulty.
At Farage we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if sizing or style is not right for you please let us know at onlinestore@faragestyle.com.au. We will send you a new size or an entirely different style to the amount you paid.
Returns by Mail
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be dispatched from our Sydney head office the next working day following receipt of purchase. This may be subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation.
Should you wish to have your shopping delivered to an alternative address please state this in the shipping address section.

You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days. Please add:

• $14.95 for Express (2-3 days) shipping and handling within Australia
• Gift Vouchers free of charge
We deliver by courier or express post for all Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan based orders, whereby a signature is required upon delivery. Therefore, we recommend a work address or PO Box if more convenient.
All other orders throughout Australia will be sent via express post, guaranteeing next day delivery.
International Destinations
International online purchases (outside of Australia and New Zealand) will incur an AUD$39.95 shipping fee. Please allow 7 working days delivery time; however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for delays.

The above charges and prices within the online store are not inclusive of any duties or taxes that may be applied by customs authorities. These will usually be charged to the consignee unless prior arrangement is made.
