DC offer a 3 month warranty on clothing product if goods are faulty or different to
that shown or described or not doing what it is supposed to do.

Returns Policy

 

Returns Are Easy!

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on all full-priced products. This applies strictly to full-priced items. On marked down items or any items included in promotions we offer a 14-day exchange only policy.

Step One

Check:

1. Within fourteen days of purchase.

2. Unworn unused with original tags attached.

3. In the original packaging in good condition.

and request a Return Authorization Number (RA number)

Step Three

Post your return item with the RA number written on the front of the parcel and PROOF OF PURCHASE ENCLOSED. (We recommend you use registered post).

Please ensure the items are packed either in a satchel or a box and that nothing is attached to the original packaging.

How long will it take?

Items sent by mail for exchange or refund can take up to 2 weeks. That time includes time for the goods to be processed and then shipped back to you. 

Additional information

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded in the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.
  • Specific warranty terms may apply to technical products.
  • Product exchanges are subject to availability.
  • We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges as we cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers in place. We suggest trying on swimwear over underwear to avoid any disappointment.
  • Returns need to be returned in original unmarked packaging, unworn and in as new condition.
  • The returns and exchange policies on this page are applicable to online sales only.

Faulty Returns

  • If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please follow the simple steps of a normal return as shown above. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty.
  • We will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty. In this situation, where we send you replacement product, we will do so at our cost.

Shipping and Delivery

 

Note that we currently deliver to Australia only. All of our orders are dispatched within 1-2 days so you receive your gear as fast as possible! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $20. Orders under those limits will incur shipping charges as $6.95. For orders containing fragile, bulky, or heavy items including snowboards, skateboards and luggage, the items may be shipped via standard service. In these circumstances if the shipping method is not accurately shown at the point of order placement our customer service team may contact you prior to your order being dispatched.

Delivery Times

We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days and you will receive email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. In most cases this means 3-4 business days delivery. More remote areas may take an additional few days to arrive.

Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution Centre processing time.

Currently we only ship to one destination – Australia.
