Incorrect or Faulty Product
We do not exchange or refund SALE items.
If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty product you have 14 days from date of purchase to return the item. In the case of an incorrect or faulty item, you may return it through the local post office using our free refund service. (Proof of purchase must accompany the return).
A return number from firstname.lastname@example.org is required for this return service. We will send a returns number, instructions and a label which can be printed out and presented at the Post Office with your package for free return mailing. Please remember to include your original receipt docket. You may choose to receive a replacement, gift voucher or refund. Alternatively you may exchange or receive a refund at your nearest Colette store (with your proof of purchase).
We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase date.
Due to health regulations earrings can not be returned after purchase.We do not refund or exchange on sale or discounted items, please make your selection carefully.
If you change your mind about an item you have purchased, it must be returned unused in its original condition with all packaging and labels attached. The customer assumes responsibility for adequate packaging the returned item. Unwanted online purchases may be returned through Australia Post at your cost and risk. If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain a return reference and instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without a return reference and not in accordance without return instructions cannot be refunded. On receipt of the returned item, you will be credited the full purchase price of the item minus the postage fee. If you received free shipping because your purchase exceeded $50, the shipping fee will be recovered from your refund amount should the purchase value be less than $50 after the return.
Your purchase will be processed by following the prompts and payment is conducted off site via a secure third party site.

Once you have completed the transaction, the purchase will be charged to your credit card or withdrawn from your bank account automatically.
If you intend buying a gift for someone else, the billing details will be your own but the shipping address should be that of the recipient.

It’s important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 24hrs of receipt and dispatched immediately thereafter. Shipping is by registered post through Australian post and your purchase will be delivered within 2- 5 working days depending on your location.
You can track your delivery - when your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming its despatch and a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery. Goods will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order on weekdays. However order received before 1pm will most likely be processed and shipped the same day. Please see schedule below outlining Australia Post’s delivery time for major centres.

Express deliveries will be processed the same day provided we receive the order before 1pm and will be delivered the next day if it’s within the Australian Post’s Express Post Network.
