At Cell Bikes we offer the following warranty for products purchased at cellbikes.com.au:
* 5 years on bicycle frames.
* 1 year on all other components. (This warranty covers factory defects and faults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event)
* This warranty does not cover buckled wheels, damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, or faulty installation by the user.
* All freight costs are not covered under any warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways.
* Please thoroughly check your shipment before signing for it.

Back Orders/Out of Stock Items
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel or change your order if you would rather not wait.
From time to time some items advertised may have already sold out. Cell Bikes will always endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date.
Terms and Conditions
Products, listings, specifications, parts and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to substitute parts which are functionally equivalent and of equal or greater value depending on availability. This is sometimes necessary to assure prompt delivery.

To expedite any returns, we ask that you note the following:
* The product must be in new, unused, and 100% original condition (unworn, if clothes) with all the original packaging materials.

* If the product you are returning was included as part of a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
* Any return may void a multiple purchase discount.
* Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
* Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier to us.
* Special promotional items that are not defective can not be returned for any reason. We remind our customers to choose products carefully before placing your order.

Cell Bikes knows that customers are concerned about the security and protection of their credit card information. For this reason Cell Bikes has taken a number of security measures to ensure customers can shop safely with us.
Cell Bikes uses SecurePay's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including customer credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the customer's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.
The customer's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the customer's browser. These secure processes provide the customer with peace of mind when purchasing online.
All special orders require a 20% deposit that is non-refundable.
Bicycle wholesalers specify the right to change or alter specifications without notice, any pictures are for illustration purposes only.

Special Order & Discount Items
When ordering a special order item, any returns or order cancellations incur a 20% restocking fee. Discount items cannot be returned.
Special order items include:
* Triathlon parts
* Fixed gear & track bike parts
Booking In Bikes for Service or Repair
Due to our workshop being extremely busy doing fittings, builds, upgrades, wheel builds, and repairs...our current lead time is 2 weeks for getting your bike worked on, or to have any service performed.
To make a booking, it is best to call (02-9565-1899) and arrange a time that is best for you. Please note, due to our extremely heavy workload, we are unable to accept on-the-spot services, as it would mean that someone who has already booked their bike will not have it finished on time.
If you are booking in a complimentary service, please make sure you have your documentation available and as long as you book in your service before the expiry date, your complimentary service will be honoured.

New Helmet Standards for Australia [AS/NZS 2063:2008]
Important notice: As of mid-night 12 Dec 2010 the mandatory standard for bicycle helmets requires bicycle helmets supplied to the Australian public must be marked with the new Aus Standard AS/NZS 2063:2008 decal, to show compliance with new safety standards.
Because of this new, revised standard, any helmets marked AS/NZS 2063:1996—will no longer be acceptable.
If a shop tries to sell you a helmet with this outdated standard, they will be in violation of the law!
The bicycle helmet must:
Comply with all mandated performance requirements of AS/NZS 2063:2008
Be accompanied with the following instructions:
If helmet shows signs of damage, destroy and replace it.
If helmet receives a severe blow, even if apparently undamaged, destroy and replace it.
Be accompanied by the following instructions in accordance with AS/NZS 2063:2008:
"This helmet should not be used by children while climbing or doing other activities where there is a risk of hanging or strangulation if the child gets trapped whilst wearing the helmet."

What Happens If Something from My Order is Out-of-Stock?
If an item you've ordered has become out-of-stock, or unavailable, we will ship the items that are available and the item that is unavailable will be back-ordered.
We will contact you by either phone call or by email to notify you of a back-ordered item.
If the back-ordered item is not available to ship within 14 days, this item will be cancelled. You will only be charged for items shipped.
Back-Ordered items are shipped FREE of Charge.
Can I order online and pick-up from the shop?
Orders placed online must be shipped to the customer's address.
When we ship your order with one of our Courier Partners, you will have to sign upon receiving your order. That is why we request that you provide us with a day time contact number. This number is give to the courier so that in the event of difficult delivery, you will be contacted. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace if there is a chance you may not be at home during delivery. However, if you are not at home during delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can ask for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area.
With your orders, you can call our courier company to check the process. We will provide you the consignment number and courier company's contact details.
We can only deliver items that fit in a Standard Satchel to P.O. Box Addresses unless you can confirm the Post Office will hold your bike or larger item for you, shipping larger items via Australia Post will incurr an additional shipping fee depending on location and size of item.
