Your return rights

If you are unhappy with your Bose product, or it is not performing as you think it should, you may have rights to return the product under:

- the Bose "Excitement Guarantee"

The Bose Excitement Guarantee offers you a 21-day trial period to test out your new Bose product. If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you can simply return it within the 21 day trial period for a full refund of the product purchase price.

  • You will be responsible for the costs of shipping all returns to us unless the item is brought into the Bose retail store @ Sydney Westfield

Delivery Policy


Premium Economy shipping

Shipping for orders placed is by Messenger Post courier. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items, excluding the 1 -2 business day order processing time and are subject to carrier delay outside our control. Delivery normally takes about 5 business days but can change based on location.

Please note that changes to delivery addresses cannot be made at this time. If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, a card will be left giving instructions to follow for re-delivery of your order.

How much will Shipping cost?

We provide free shipping on all items purchased.

Can my order be shipped to a Post Office (P.O.) box number?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a post office box. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at Post office drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.

Can I have my order shipped outside the Australia?

Orders can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. If you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit the Bose Worldwide website athttp://global.bose.com/.

Do I need to sign for my package?

In order to ensure you receive your package on time and in good order, Bose® does require a signature before a package can be left at your location. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.

A word about our boxes

Bose® products are shipped in distinctive packaging that showcases product image and name. Generally we do not outer pack our cartons although some packages containing two or more items may be outer packed.
