Product Warranty

Warranty Information
All products sold by Body Royale are covered by the manufacturers' warranty that accompanies the product. Body Royale makes no additional or independent warranty. Body Royale does not warrant the performance for a particular purpose of any product, but merely passes through to the Customer whatever end-user warranty the manufacturers provide with their respective products.

Returns Policy

Body Royale Returns Policy

Every product we stock is required to meet the highest standards and are rigorously checked before they are sent out. However, if for any reason you need to return a product, we will ensure the whole process is as clear, simple and speedy as possible.

We have categorised all returns as either a change of mind or due to faulty/damaged goods. Please check below to see if you meet the requirements.

Change of Mind Returns:

We accept goods back within 100 days of purchase if you have simply changed your mind or the item does not fit correctly. A credit, exchange or refund can be arrange, we just ask that you meet the following requirements.

The goods have been un-opened, un-marked, un-used and in a re-saleable condition.
All original packaging must be intact, this includes: any cellophane wrapping, tamper resistant seals, protective boxes and bags. Occasionally manufacturers may apply a security seal to the outside of a box, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and it cannot be accepted by our Returns Department.
Not an item that cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations, this may include some jewellery (pierced, earrings, body jewellery) and hair accessories.
Not a sale item (greater than 10% discount or part of a promotional bundle) - see 'Sale Item' section below for further details on returns.
Items are packed to ensure they will be protected during the delivery process. We recommend you use the same shipping box in which you received the item.

Sale Items:

For the purposes of this policy, we refer to 'sale items' as those purchased at a higher than 10% discount or if part of a promotional bundle/pack.

We accept sale items back within 7 days of purchase if you have simply change your mind or the item does not fit correctly. A store credit or exchange only can be arrange, we just ask that you have met the above 5 conditions (see 'Change of Mind Returns' section).

Please note that delivery costs for returning a sale item will be at your own cost, we also recommend that you ask for the item to be tracked by Australia Post or any courier used.

Faulty/Damaged Goods Returns:

Our warehouse team ensure that all stock are of the highest quality. On the rare occasion where you have received a faulty or damaged item please return the items with details of the fault and order number. Upon receipt of your parcel our team will either replace your item or should your item be no longer available you will be contacted to arrange a refund or a store credit.

How do I return an Item?

For Sydney addresses, please contact our Customer Service team where we will arrange for a pick up at a time best suited to you.

For national orders please contact our Customer Service team where a paid return slip will be emailed to you. All you will need to do is print the slip, place it on the parcel and hand it in to your closest Australia Post location.

Please include your order number and reason for refund / exchange. When re-packing items, please ensure that you have packed the item well and you ensure that the items are protected. We will not accept the items for refund if goods are damaged due to negligent packing.

Your return will be processed within 10 days of receipt, where our department will contact you directly regarding to confirm a refund or credit note. Please allow a further 2-5 working days for the refunds to appear in your account.

Terms and Conditions

Errors and Omissions
At Body Royale, we work hard to offer you the most competitive pricing and accurate product information. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, Body Royale shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Body Royale shall immediately issue a refund.

Limitation of Liability
Body Royale shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or opportunity, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
Subject to any applicable Commonwealth or State legislation, Body Royale's liability for any such breach shall be limited, at its sole discretion, to any of the following:
- Replacement of the goods or any part thereof;
- Supply of equivalent goods or any part thereof;
- Repair of the goods or any part thereof;
- Payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods or any part thereof;
- The payment of the cost of having the goods or any part thereof repaired; or
- Refund of the goods upon return.

All Sales Made in New South Wales, Australia
All sales shall be deemed made in the state of NSW, Australia, regardless of the location of the Customer. The Customer agrees that any dispute with Body Royale shall be brought by the Customer exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in the State of NSW.

Backorder Cancellation Policy
Please send all backorder cancellation requests to info@bodyroyale.com.au or phone 1300 573 593. An order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our warehouse, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.

General
In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Body Royale may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.

Delivery of Goods

Delivery Australia wide:
We deliver Express Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services. All parcels can be tracked. The method of delivery chosen is the fastest, safest route possible.
Cost of delivery
A flat rate charge of $6.50 applies per order regardless of number of items ordered. Some bulky products may incur extra charges and these are usually displayed on the product description. You can also opt to insure your parcel for an additional $0.95 covering loss of up to $1500. Should your order exceed this please contact us.

95% of our parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of order. All parcels are sent via the fastest route possible. Please note that this is not guaranteed and whilst we endeavour to deliver within these timescales, delays beyond our control can occur during transit.
At times we may run promotion free delivery for purchases over certain amount.
International Delivery:
We deliver to New Zealand, UK and most major countries. For a full list please contact us.
Charges for international deliveries vary pending on destination and weight of order. Should you require insurance for your package, please contact us for further details. International insurance starts from $7.90 and covers you for loss of parcel, damage whilst providing proof of dispatch, secure handling and a signature on delivery. .
Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the recipients’ responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.
International parcels vary in delivery time and can take up to 14 working days to reach their destination. Should you have further enquiries in regards to international parcels please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.
Liability:
It is the recipients’ responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
If you opt not to insure your parcel, any damage or loss occurring during delivery or arising from a late delivery is not Body Royale’s liability. Some orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery, however we do our very best to ensure it reaches you the fastest and safest possible way. Should delivery be delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. Our Body Royale staff are always at hand to follow up any missing or lost parcels with our delivery service providers and be rest assured that we will do every thing in our power to rectify the situation.
Christmas Delivery Guarantee:
Subject to product availability, you can check if a product is in stock by contacting us.
Orders within metropolitan Australia Only. If no one will be available at specified delivery address please contact us and inform us of a safe place to leave the parcel.
For specific delivery ETA for your region please contact us and provide your postcode.
Parcels are sent once payment is received. Credit Card confirmation is immediate.
