With over 50 years experience Westfield now offers online shopping at some of your favourite stores. Just like shopping at a Westfield Centre, at Westfield Online you're shopping with each individual store. However, at Westfield Online, if you purchase items from a number of different online stores, you do so via a single Westfield checkout.
Just like shopping at a Westfield Centre, at Westfield Online you're shopping with each individual store and your credit card will show your transaction with each individual retailer. However, no matter what store you purchase from, because you will be using a single Westfield checkout, your payment details are managed by Westfield.
If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel prior to the individual stores dispatching your order (when you will receive an "Order Shipped" email), by using the link in the "Order Confirmation" email you will receive when you place an order. If you are a member of westfield.com.au, you can also cancel your order in the "Your Orders" section
Once you receive your "Order Shipped" email from a store, your payment has been processed. In this case you should contact the store directly to discuss refund options or view their returns process on westfield.com.au. Of course we're always here to help. Stores update stock continuously on westfield.com.au in order to try to ensure all items, unless labeled "Out of stock", are at the stores warehouse ready for delivery.
However if one of your items does happen to be out of stock, in most cases the store will backorder this for you and notify you. If this happens and you don't wish to wait, you can cancel your order & you won't be charged for that item. If you have any questions about items in stock, you should contact the store directly.
At this stage you cannot buy online and then arrange collection from a store location. However if you find a product on the site that you like, you can contact the store directly to find out how you can buy it in store.
Shoppers have the choice of paying for their purchases via credit card or PayPal. All payments are managed by Westfield's payment gateway, so you can shop at any store, big or small, and have the same level of security.
All retailers accept Australian and international Visa and MasterCard.
We are currently rolling out PayPal and acceptance is limited by selected retailers. Additional retailers will be added over the coming weeks. The option to pay with PayPal will be shown to you during checkout.
Note - we do not have ability to split part payment by credit card and PayPal. If your shopping cart comprises of both PayPal and non-PayPal retailers the payment method will automatically default to credit card only.

Because you are buying directly from a store listed on westfield.com.au, payment will be processed for each individual store you purchase from. Each amount, and retailer name, will appear on your credit card statement so you can check these against your order.

No, you only pay the price of the product as advertised inclusive of GST (unless expressly excluded), any delivery costs as detailed in your cart before you checkout, and any other taxes which may apply to the purchase, depending upon your personal circumstances and location.
Tax invoices are issued by stores once your order is dispatched by the store, and will either come with your items or be emailed to you by the store, depending on the store's process. If you require a tax invoice and don't receive one, please contact the store directly to request one.
You don't have to be a member of westfield.com.au in order to shop. You will be offered the option to become a member of westfield.com.au after any purchase so you can take advantage of "One Click Checkout" for future purchases. Members also have access to their full purchase history in their profile and access to personalised information and offers.
Members have the ability to save their delivery & payment details so checkout can be completed in one step. Your information is protected by your own password and your email address is your username so you'll never forget it.
Velocity Frequent Flyer Points
To earn or redeem Velocity Frequent Flyer Points just enter your Velocity number and password at checkout. It?s that simple.
You can pay for part of your order with Velocity Points and pay the balance with another form of payment. You will even earn Velocity Points on the part of the non-Velocity Points part of the transaction. Velocity Points will be credited to your account after 28 days.
Individual stores on westfield.com.au set their delivery costs, so they will vary between stores. These will be calculated at the checkout based on the items you choose, so you know exactly what the cost will be before placing your order.
All stores offer "Standard" flat rate delivery option across Australia, so your items will normally arrive 3-5 working days after you receive an email confirming dispatch.
Some stores offer an "Express" delivery option of 1-3 days. Where this is offered you will have the option to select this when finalising your order.

No, currently delivery is only within Australia.
Yes, simply make a separate order for each address. You are not charged extra for separating orders. The delivery fee on each order is for a single destination so fees will apply for each different delivery address.
Returns & Warranty
Just like when shopping in a Westfield Centre, each store on westfield.com.au has its own returns & warranty policy.
Each store's policy is available in their terms and conditions in their online store front and on their product pages so it can be checked prior to making any purchase.

Centre and information enquiries
Each Westfield centre has a Community Site within the centre for fundraising activities such as raffle ticket and merchandise sales. As long as you are a certified charity, and can provide public liability insurance to Westfield specifications you will be eligible to use the site.
