GREENGROCER
50g baby rocket

DELI
4 bocconcini, sliced
300g mixed chargrilled vegetables
2 tbsp tomato passata (fresh tomato puree)

SUPERMARKET
300g rectangle pizza base

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan. Place pizza base on a baking tray, then spread base with tomato passata. Top with bocconcini and chargrilled vegetables. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until base is crisp.

Top pizza with rocket. Cut into squares. Serve immediately.
