"My entertaining style holds a mirror to my designs," says Wills. "I tend to veer towards the simplicity of white and metallic tones, like a plain table setting with gold-coloured cutlery and ivory candles, and lit by fairy lights and tealight candles. It's sparkly, indulgent and fun."
Cathryn's partner John, a self-confessed foodie, mans the kitchen, preparing homemade dips and grissini, olives, roasted peppers and cheeses, while Cathryn tasks herself with the creation of mojitos for some of that debauchery she feels is essential to a night of entertaining.
